“Ich bin Künstler. Ich mache Holz- und Linolschnitt. Gerade bin ich allerdings gerade auf dem Weg zu einem Holzbildhauerkurs, den mir meine Frau geschenkt hat. Das ist in sofern spannend, dass ich bisher immer nur 2D gemacht habe. Hochdruck ist eben nur 2D und jetzt versuche ich meinen Horizont mal zu erweitern und in 3D zu arbeiten. Man muss sich als Künstler immer wieder selber weiter treiben und und neue Perspektiven lernen.”

“I am an artist. I am doing woodprint and linoprint. Right now I am actually on my way for a course for wood sculpture – a present from my wife. This is interesting since I only worked two-dimensional so far. Printing is only 2D and now I will open my mind for working in 3D. As an artist you have to push yourself all the time and learn about different perspectives.”
