“Was mich ausmacht? Wenn es ein Satz sein soll, dann ist das wohl: Mach was draus! Ich hab immer wieder neue Ideen, mach immer neue Sachen. Andere fokusieren sich vielleicht mehr, aber ich mache immer alles auf einmal. Ich bin nun mal so.
Ich habe einige Projekte großgezogen. Es muss nicht immer alles nur hip sein. Ich mag es, die eigene Note herauszuarbeiten und zu betonen. Das ist inzwischen meine Handschrift geworden und wenn jemand in einen meiner Läden reinkommt, sagen alle: ah, das ist vom Alof.”
Stefan hat einige tolle Läden in München aufgezogen: das Cafe Maria, die fantastische Eisdiele Jessas, das Bäcker-Cafe Alof, inzwischen auch noch das Wirtshaus Maximilian , die Evenlocation Josef, das früherer Strip-Lokal Pigalle und schon bald einen neuen Bäcker in der Au.
“Who I am? If you want to boil it down to one sentence it would be: Make something out of it! I always have some new ideas, I always do new things. Other might focus more on one thing but I am usually doing everything at the same time. That’s me!
I have done quite some projects. Not everything needs to be super hip. But I love to carve out the uniqueness and to emphasize it. In the meantime this is my “handwriting” and if someone enters one of my places they say: ah, this is an Alof!”
Stefan created some of the coolest places in Munich: the Cafe Maria, the most amazing icecream shop Jessas, the event location Josef the bakery / coffee place Alof, quite newly the Wirtshaus Mximilian the former strip location Pigalle and pretty soon a new bakery in the Au.
