Parkour

“Wir machen hier Parkour. Nicht FreeRunning. Er macht es schon seit drei Jahren und ich habe vor einem Jahr angefangen. FreeRunning ist mehr so mit Saltos und so. Und bei uns geht es eher darum, wie man am schnellsten von hier nach da kommt – mit Springen und abrollen und so. Wir trainieren gern in der Roten Stadt am Olympiapark. Da sind echt viele, die das machen und jeder hilft jedem. Da ist eine gute Stimmung und da gibt es ein paar Jungs, die das richtig, richtig gut schon können.

Wir waren gerade mit der Klasse bei so einer Veranstaltung, zum Thema Berufsfindung. Aber wir wissen eigentlich beide schon, was wir werden wollen. Wir wollen zur Landes-Polizei.”

“We are doing Parcour. Not FreeRunning. He is doing it already for three years and I started about a year ago. FreeRunning is more with Saltos and so on. We focus more to get the fastest way to go from here to there – with jumping and rolling and so. We like to train in the “Rote Stadt” (the red city) at Olympiapark. There are a lot who do this and they help each other. There is a really cool athomsphere and there are a lot of guys who are really, really good.

We have been out with our class to an event for finding your profession. But we already know what we want to be. We want to go to the Landes-Polizei (National Police).”
